I  got   that  tooooooooo ? Huh  How  can  one  reply  if  he  has  to  wait  120seconds  ago.  and  has  to  wait  for  120seconds  before  reply? Huh

Maybe that was a glitch at that time. Q will know. I think he was working on an anti-spam timer which would slow down the problem children between posts.
