I have been unable to execute 3 of my posts in the last 12 hours. Preview comes up fine but during the submit, it will not complete the command.

Also difficulty bringing up the SMF site directly and have to enter in by the .com page during the same time period.

Is this a quirk in my PC or are others having problems? Wondering if I will be able to submit this post as well? lets see....

Surprised to see this and the ac nationality post go through as I thought I had abandoned them???

Sounds like a problem for Bro 'Q' Wink  I know I did an Optimize this morning so that shouldn't be the problem... 

Are you having trouble getting any other websites to come up or is it just WOP?

hmm here we go again. Posts won't go through...page does not load easily.
Checked out other sites but this is only happening when I pull up WOP.
If it was my PC, you would think the problem would be global. But if it is the site, why aren't others having this problem.

I am confused. Lets see if this note gets through.

Am going to sign off. My posts do not complete and I get stuck on the submit while they are trying to load, then hit back button to find out they did.

Strange. Am going to do a scan and see if I picked up a bug.

could it be that while you are submitting some one else is too? And maybe whoever is first gets through first?

I get a nice polite message that tells me, in red...that someone else posted while I was busy and to check first?"

I wish it was that! No this is different, but seems to affect only me, and only here at WOP.
but then like now everything is like usual. It was just now that my browser could open the page up normally after intermittenly trying for the last 4 hours! I go to other fav sites and have no problem posting and pulling up pages!

I am stumped..truly.

Thats just it. Why is this happening only to me, and why not anywhere else but WOP and only at certain times.

Like now, it is just like it should be, smooth and easy. Loads right etc.
Virus scans insignificant.

I am getting weirde out thinking all kinds of things.

It could be anywhere in the chain of routers going from your internet provider all the way to this site, when you access other sites a different path is taken and thats why you have no problems with them. If you like I can give you a few other sites that are hosted on this same ISP, so you can try accessing them when you have problems here with this one to prove that its not just this site on this provider. You can also ping this site and see if there's any timeouts, if there is then you can try connecting here through a different proxy server which is on a different path, that way you can bypass the problematic path, go around it.  If its affecting you infrequently it'll be affecting the people local to that router heaps frequently, so they've probably already reported it, hopefully wont be longer than a week to get fixed. It might only be occurring when its getting overloaded with traffic.

When its freasing etc tryi oinging this site and see if you see any *'s appearing or timeouts. You can do this by clicking Start, Run and then type "command" and hit enter to get a black DOS screen.  Then type ping www.worldofprophecy.com and hit enter. When it finishes you can keep running the same command by hitting F3 then enter.

I'm having connections issues with this site too.  I never knew you could ping a site, a IP yes, not a site. So I learned something new.

I'm having flash issues. Is this site buildt on flash?
