I've never seen a UFO in my life! My husband says he's never seen one either and believes it's because they don't exists... LOL  My mom saw one in Stone Ridge, New York when she was 21! It hovered over the car... caused it to stall out! She didn't tell anyone at the time because she was afraid people would think she was crazy!

Anything that flies and you can't identify is a UFO so I have seen plenty....until I could make out whether it was a high flying eagle or cockatoo, or plane or whatever....then it's not a UFO anymore....I do believe they exist but do not come from
            outerspace!

The only time I think I might have seen something was back in the late 70's. Our family was camping at Brady Nebraska along a canal. We were all sittiting in lawn chairs outside the campers at dusk. There was one little cloud high up in the sky, otherwise the sky was a beautiful dark blue. We spotted what could have been a sattelite moving across the sky. It was really bright. It went behind this tiny cloud and never came back out. It was if it was hiding in the cloud! Kinda freaked everyone out.

(Aug. 12) -- Fed up with secrecy shrouding reports of flying saucers, Brazil has decreed that any UFO sightings will now be logged by the government and made available to researchers of the paranormal.

A government decree issued this week orders Brazilian military and civilian pilots, as well as air traffic controllers, to register any sightings with the country's aerospace defense command -- and to include any video or photos if they have them.

A list of sightings will also be kept in the national archives in Rio de Janeiro, and made available to anyone seeking evidence of extraterrestrial life, the decree said, according to media reports.  more at link:
