This post by Constance Cumbey is timed perfectly to fit into this thread.  It was Constance who first discovered the New Age infiltration into the Church and society.  And it was Herb Peters who discovered Recommendation 666 and wrote the book by that title.  With Herb Peters’ now deceased, she is the one who is connecting the dots between Javier Solana and the New Age Movement.  I’m going to make separate posts because of the length.   

As part of Solana’s increased visibility in the Middle East, we have shown from Herb Peters’ book Javier Solana’s rise to power through two distinct documents that are numbered 666.  He has authored a seven year, confirmed covenant with many nations that began on 1-1-07, which is a strengthening of the Euro-Med (also called the Barcelona Process).  He has added financial incentives, called the ENPI, to support the ENP Action Plan for implementing the Roadmap for Peace, which he has recently begun to lead.

In fact, Constance gives this link, http://tinyurl.com/4hebw3 where on 9-15, Solana said in Amman that:

“the European Union will use the political pressure to achieve what can be achieved in the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks.”

         
Constance’s new post is timely because of the current financial instability, as well as the possible connection between this instability and Javier Solana.  Share International plans to usher in Maitreya, “the Christ”.  In the post, Share International's Benjamin Creme, who channels Maitreya, says "sharing is the answer" and states:

"When the US's "oasis of prosperity" begins to dry up, as it must in the current global financial crisis, stock markets in the West will plunge. This collapse will provide an opportunity for governments to re-evaluate their economic priorities, says futurist Benjamin Creme. The nations of the world will meet together to discuss how to cope with the future in an orderly fashion."

Constance concludes by wondering how long it will be before the emergency conferences are called.
 
Constance tell us in the post that the Spanish version of Share International contains large pictures of Javier Solana.  In case you don’t know, Javier Solana is a Spaniard.  She also tells us “an "Ask.com" search brings up Share International on searches for "Javier Solana".”  She adds, “Since there is not one word in the search result which could have triggered the search, I have to assume that signals are being sent that he may be THE MAN.”

But it’s her next statement that is riveting, “Of course, Krishnamurti and Hitler hoped to be "the man" as well, so time and events will tell.”

In researching Constance’s site for New Age and Solana family connections, I found the following, which I wish she would have repeated:

“Especially interesting is that his mother even reported she knew Krishnamurti, the 1920s candidate for ‘Maitreya.’"

   
In addition, we learn that Solana’s mother claimed “Osho” was her teacher, known in the U.S. as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.  From the book, Unmasking the New Age, Rajneesh said that because all is one, there is no separate relationship “in terms of God the Father, God the love, God the beloved.” 
 
Constance was surprised to learn that her second book, A Planned Deception:  The Staging of a New Age Messiah, listed Javier’s grandfather in the appendix on the list of endorsers of Planetary Citizens.  You may remember Planetary Citizens from another post because Edgar Mitchell, the ex-astronaut, is a leader in this group.  Again from the book, Unmasking the New Age, we find that it was founded in 1972 by Donald Keys, a long-time consultant to the U.N. and includes many New Age luminaries.  About Planetary Citizens, we read:

Planetary Citizens is one group dedicatd to the transformation of the world through political action... Humanity, says Keys, is “on the verge of something entirely new, a further evolutionary step unlike any other: the emergence of the first global civilization... Leading the “passage to planetization,” Keys contends, is the New Consciousness movement, represented by communities... which will form and inform the emergent world order.”  Keys calls the United Nations the “nexus of emerging planetary values,” and he hopes it will establish a “planetary management system.”

Regarding Donald Keys, Constance tells us:

Even more interesting, was Keys' former employment as an administrator of Lucis (Lucifer) Trust. According to a mid 1980's Magical Blend Magazine interview, Keys proudly claimed working closely with Alice and Foster Bailey there. His book claims "Djwhal Khul" (Alice Bailey's alleged Tibetan telepathic medium) as one of his personal mentors.

Also to note: Nieves Hayat deMariaga Mathews, Javier Solana's mother worked for the same agency in Rome for 20 years-- the UN's FAO, as it was called then. It is now known as the WPA -- World Food Programme.

We have both women with New Age beliefs, who occupied the same office in Rome, and have charge over a program for the WORLD'S FOOD!

From Neale Donald Walsch’s Website, Humanity’s Team, http://humanitysteam.org/about we find a six year global oneness initiative, which is about a spiritual awakening.  It just happens to fit in perfectly with the timing of Javier Solana's ENP.  I guess we’ll have to fill in the blanks for 2013.  From the site, emphasis added, we read:

From global strategies to community grassroots initiatives, the movement consistently focuses on cultivating the growth of a New Spirituality that recognizes life’s unity and humanity’s oneness.

Most people are asleep to their true identity — to their Oneness with God, with each other and with all life…  It can change when we become aware of the truth that We Are All One…

The first picture is the Oneness Mandala from the Humanity’s Team website.  Here’s the scoop:

A Canadian multimedia artist said Tuesday he was cycling across Europe to promote an artistic peace project he developed to encourage humanity's unity.

Russell Maier, 31, of Smithers, British Columbia, said the World Oneness Mandala, which he envisions having 10,000 original "peace portrait submissions" from people from all walks of life, countries and ethnic backgrounds, will be "a powerful statement of peace and humanity's essential oneness."

He said he plans to arrange the digital portraits in "a harmonious circular geometry to create a powerful, spiritual and consciousness-raising message," he told United Press International from Swanage, England...

He plans to unfurl the five-story mandala Oct. 10, 2010, in front of the United Nations.

He said he saw "10/10/10 as a numerically symbolic date to celebrate oneness."

Maybe the instrument Solana is playing in the ENPI will be the ticket to the harmonic convergence!

"Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony..."      Now you're going to be singing that all day!

And how interesting is the choice of the design "mandala."  Here is the definition:

A circular design containing geometric forms, images of deities, etc. and symbolizing the universe, totality, or wholeness in Hinduism and Buddhism.

Wow!  Interesting to see a connection between Solana and Walsh... I got Sucked into that whole "Conversations with God' TRASH - but that's what the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY used to PULL me BACK to him!  Boy, did HE Open my Eyes and Ears on that!  PRAISE HIM!!!!  It was like Jesus took HIS Shepard's staff, hooked my neck, and Pulled me away from that WOLF!

ST, if the number is read in binary code it totals to 42...    Nothing there..

However, 10 + 10 + 10 + (3 ones....  ) = 33  would that be reaching?

The date does appear to have some significance.  They didn't pull 10/10/10 out of thin air!

I also believe the mark will not be the number 666; it is the identifier.  I suspect it will be some type of earth symbol to reflect Dominionism and Panentheism.

How about a version of the bindi, or third eye?  Since it could be on the forehead?

        Hey fellow truth seekers, I was reading this thread and some questions popped into my head. Speaking of heads, the beast has seven of them. Ive read a few discussions on this forum and others of the meaning of the heads, I haven't seen much posted on how the heads represent a person or a king'( but horns do ) One reason I brought that up is because alot of people expect the ''anti-Christ'' to be shot and miraculously live, so I thought I would bring it up. Also in my bible rev 13-3 ''And all the world marveled and followed the beast.'' is a new sentence. 
       Also one thing that we might have to think about is that satin and his puppets read the bible. For example one other candidate for the false profit or AC is lord maitreya. In reading his doctrine he explains how 666 happened back with the early church.(false) The suspicion I have with ''Recommendation 666'' is just in Its name, Its too deliberate. One thing that these monkey's try to do I think, is
 to write history with the bible in mind,to deceive masses of people. Those might be the ten horns that you mentioned, or maybe its part of the plot. Another piece of history that they may be trying to play out is the fall of America being the fall of Babylon the Great. I believed this most of my life but now I consider other possibilities.

Regarding the 7 heads being persons (kings or leaders), while I don't want to push the main thrust of the follwing article on anyone, it does cover this 7 kings aspect with an interesting theory in the part under "The Seven Kings of satan". http://www.redmoonrising.com/Giza/SavDest7.htm (scroll down)

As I said, the main idea of the whole article is pretty fanciful, but that particular part may line up with what you're bringing up. Others here are more studied than I am, but I thought I'd throw that in there. Hopefully we can all keep chipping away at this puzzle in a useful way.

As far as the wording of "Recommendation 666", I agree with you, satan's MO is usually very intricate misdirection. However, how far can "We know that he knows that we know" go before we're right back where we started?

I agree that it is possible that we have a misdirection, though there are a number of other probable fulfillments in Solana...  Another possibility (which leads us back to the 'wait and see' mode) is that possibly they mean it as misdirection only to have it backfire on them by having to rush the plan or having someone they did not intend try to take control.... 

Ultimately, Scripture will be fulfilled exactly, regardless of how the PTB try misdirection and subtle parallels... 

Who knows what lies ahead....  Personally, it is wise and fun to try to figure out what the fulfillments are, but ultimately, I am convinced we will not know for SURE where we are in the time table until the Abomination of Desolation...  THAT is the mile marker I am looking for!

This is what I've been thinking.  It would be just like our Awesome God to take the 'plans of those who think they are so wise' and make them backfire onto them

In other words, TPTB only 'Think' they are putting forward a false fulfillment, but God may just turn their plans right around on them and cause it to become HIS Fulfillment.

This would not surprise me in the least!  But as Bro Pete said, we won't 'know' till we see it all play out.

      Hi Dave, I Read The link on the ten horns, it was long. There sure are many things written on bible prophecy. One piece of advice I like to ''slip in'' is make sure to use a King James Bible. Most of the other ones change key words like ''Abyss'' and ''bottomless pit'' to try and change the direction.
