Found this today From today’s Cutting Edge Newsletter:

IV. One of the major prophecies which has not been fulfilled is the creation of the 10 super nations of Daniel 7:7-8 and Revelation 17:13-17.

Let us review this Biblical prophecy and then the Illuminati Plan will parallels it.

Prophecy: "After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast [the Roman empire]--terrible, powerful and dreadful, and exceedingly strong. And it had great iron teeth; it devoured and crushed and trampled what was left with its feet. And it was different from all the beasts that came before it, and it had ten horns, symbolizing ten kings." (Daniel 7:7-8; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary)

Illuminati Plan:

10 SPHERES OF INFLUENCE -- NATIONAL REORGANIZATION

 1.  North America

 2.  Western Europe

 3.  Japan

 4.  Australia, South Africa, and the rest of the market-economy of the developed world.

 5.  Eastern Europe, including Russia

 6.  Latin America

 7.  North Africa and the Middle East

 8.  Tropical Africa

 9.  South and Southeast Asia

10. China (Mihajlo Mesarovic and Eduard Pestel, in a book entitled, "Mankind At The Turning Point", 1974.

Please note that this prophecy is foretold in Daniel 7:7-8 to occur before Antichrist comes to the world scene; therefore, this Illuminati Plan will have to be completed BEFORE the World War III begins.

For this reason, the North American Union (NFATA) must be completed before World War III.

For that matter, Nation #6, Latin America, must be created. Venezuelan President Chavez called for this super nation just last week!

"South America should become a leading power in today´s multipolar world, said Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez ... According to Chavez, who was interviewed by a local radio station, “South America and the Caribbean must be new factors in world power”. The statesman pointed out that his statement stems from the recent creation of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) and the various integration projects on the energy, geopolitics and financial sectors already being implemented in the region."

Right under our noses, the "Union of South American Nations (UNASUR)" was created May 23, 2008, at the "Third Summit of Heads of State", a meeting hosted by Brazil! Therefore, Nation #6, "Latin America" is now created on paper much as NAFTA has been created on paper since 1993.

Now, the Leftist oriented nations of Venezuela and Brazil are working feverishly to finalize this South American Union as a working nation modeled on the European Union. Given the fact that America seems to have only one ally left in the region -- Columbia -- this merger of all individual nations into the "Latin America" as listed in the 10-Nation Illuminati Plan, above, might not take too long to accomplish.

Therefore, the Illuminati must formally create both the North American Union and the Union of South American Nations before they can trigger the World War III designed to produce Antichrist. Because of their commitment to keep economic prosperity going until the outbreak of World War III, global Illuminist leaders will prevent an actual collapse of the world's economies. They will drive the nations of the world right up to the brink, but will turn away at the last possible second; and, they will get their goal of a global Fascist economy!

I have long followed the forming of ten regional governments, but lately am wondering if this is a smokescreen that will not come to fruition...

If there is a decade left in the plan, then this scenario would be very plausible... However, more and more indicators seem to be pointing to the 2010/2012 timeframe...  If that is the case, then the ten nation block of the EU and the current reconfirmed covenant are MUCH more plausible with the US taken out of the way and a bloodbath to consolidate in the near future...  (would fulfill the second/third seals...)

Not sure, just have to wait and see how current events play out...  Trying to rethink this element of prophecy.  I know CuttingEdge stands solidly by some traditional understandings, but I think they are also Pre-trib and that doesn't work for me...

Kinda sounds like these this all takes place Really Fast (1 hour), and with all that's happening now with our Economy, the NAU may not be far off... who know's how far along the other 'unions' are?  And have there been men (Kings) who have been assigned to 'reign' over these 10 regions but we just don't know who they are yet?

I still think this is a very feesable explanation, but as with all of this, we just have to wait and see how it all plays out...

UNASUR decides to establish South American Parliament in Bolivia

LIMA, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- The Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) decided at a meeting on Friday to set up a South American Parliament in Bolivia to promote the bloc's integration.

    Chilean President Michele Bachelet, also the UNASUR's temporary president, and Bolivian President Evo Morales opened the meeting in Bolivia's Cochabamba province which drew representatives from 12 countries in the region.

    "There are many tasks that the UNASUR is urged to accomplish, as part of the Latin American and Caribbean efforts," Bachelet said.

The WEU has existed since 1995 and consists of ten member states.  They are Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.  On June 14, 2001, a decision was made by Solana that it is unnecessary to change the original ten.

In 1999, through EU Recommendation 666, Javier Solana took charge over the WEU and granted himself emergency powers over it.   

The EU consists of six month rotating presidents.  Spain will again be in control in 2010, putting Solana in control with his ten nation WEU (Rev. 17:12?).

“Rec. 666.  Support proposals for the WEU Secretary-General and CFSP High Representative to preside over the PSC and civilian crisis-management machinery and give him powers to convene the Council of the European Union in the event of an emergency...”

“Solana put on his third hat and became the Secretary General of the WEU military alliance. In other words, Solana had now been placed in a position of influence over those “core” 10 Brussels Treaty Powers. He now was the head of Europe’s exclusive military club. I was shocked by this news. The prophetic implications of this event were many. I knew if the Brussels Treaty Powers were to become the 10 kings of prophecy, then one man with influence in the EU would rise to power among them. Is the world on the verge of being divided into 10 regions?

Rev 17:12 says that 10 world leaders will give their power and authority to the anti-christ. Iraq has unveiled plans for the creation of a regional economic and security union for the Middle East explicitly modeled on the European Union. Have you heard about the African Union, The Union of South American, The North American Union and Asia and Pacific Union? Has President Bush turned our U.S. Economy over to the European Union? Financial Times writers admits that a world government is "now plausible".

 Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Latin American and Caribbean leaders gathering in Brazil tomorrow will mark a historic occasion: a region-wide summit that excludes the United States.

Almost two centuries after President James Monroe declared Latin America a U.S. sphere of influence, the region is breaking away. From socialist-leaning Venezuela to market-friendly Brazil, governments are expanding military, economic and diplomatic ties with potential U.S. adversaries such as China, Russia and Iran.

“Monroe certainly would be rolling over in his grave,” says Julia Sweig, director of the Latin America program at the Council of Foreign Relations in Washington and author of the 2006 book “Friendly Fire: Losing Friends and Making Enemies in the Anti-American Century.”

The U.S., she says, “is no longer the exclusive go-to power in the region, especially in South America, where U.S. economic ties are much less important.”

Since November, Russian warships have engaged in joint naval exercises with Venezuela, the first in the Caribbean since the Cold War; Chinese President Hu Jintao signed a free-trade agreement with Peru; and Brazil invited Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for a state visit.

“While the U.S. remains aloof from a region it no longer sees as relevant to its strategic interests, other countries are making unprecedented, serious moves to fill the void,” says Luiz Felipe Lampreia, Brazil’s foreign minister from 1995 until 2001. “Countries in the region are more aware than ever that they live in a globalized, post-American world.”

A Castro Triumph

The two-day gathering, called by Brazil at a beach resort in Bahia state, is also a diplomatic triumph for Cuban President Raul Castro, making his first trip abroad since taking over from his brother Fidel two years ago. The communist island was suspended from the hemisphere-wide Organization of American States in 1962 over its ties with the former Soviet Union.

“A lot of this is designed to stick it in the eye of the U.S.,” says Peter Romero, the U.S. assistant secretary of state for the Western Hemisphere from 1999 to 2001. “But underlying the bluster, there’s a genuine effort to exploit the gap left by a distant and distracted U.S.”

The effort is most evident in the bloc of countries allied with the anti-American president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez.

Bolivian President Evo Morales last month expelled the Drug Enforcement Administration, alleging that DEA agents were conspiring to overthrow him; U.S. President George W. Bush dismissed the charges as absurd and suspended trade privileges for the Andean nation.

In Ecuador, meanwhile, President Rafael Correa has refused to renew the lease on the U.S.’s only military outpost in South America, a critical platform for the U.S. war on drugs.

For Brazil, tomorrow’s summit caps a decade-long diplomatic drive to use its growing economic and political stability to play a bigger role in the world.

While little concrete action is expected from the first-ever Latin American and Caribbean Summit on Integration and Development, the fact that the U.S. wasn’t invited has symbolic importance, says Lampreia.

The summit reinforces such regional initiatives as the Union of South American Nations, which was formed in May by 12 countries to mediate conflicts such as political violence in Bolivia, bypassing the U.S.-dominated OAS.
